ipad: Can I "sync" teams from the web, using iTunes on my PC

If I get Playmaker on my windows PC and download teams from the web, is there a way to "sync" them via iTunes, to get them onto the iPad so I can use them?
I'm asking because, years ago, it was easy to get teams off the web, onto my Palm device, and study and edit them with playmaker.
Sorry, but not in the current version. We'll provide a way to sync between PC's and devices in a future release. Until then, you can only modify the team and playbook of the one team built-in for your use.
