Downloaded the Win teams/playbooks file of some great teams and champions of the past. A lot of the playbooks are locked and ask for an access code. Is this normal? I just wanted to view some plays for ideas.

The original author's supplied the teams and playbooks with them password protected. It is any coach's option to do that if they want to allow you to play against their team while not giving away the secrets to their success. Whereas many of those coaches would probably no longer mind sharing the information, the trick would be in tracking them down.
